4.1 Ordering
When you purchase an eBook, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
4.2 Payment
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the purchase amount to your nominated payment method.

However, we will provide a refund or replacement if:

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at the details in Section 13.
This refund policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
